When a homeowner wants to add a structure or replace a structure of any kind to their property they always need to first run it by the ACC Committee. Why???? Because there may be power lines, cables, gas lines, easement guidelines, permits required from the City of Pearland, Brazoria County or Mud District. Every HOA has a ACC Committee who can review your project and help you make sure you are not breaking any laws, rules or permit requirements that could create safety issues or having to remove the structure later for not getting the proper approvals or permits if required.

It's always best to reach out to your ACC Committee before beginning any kind of project where you are replacing a structure, digging up your yard (Pools, hot tubs, ponds) etc... If you have ever had to replace your fence you know that first the landscape must be checked and marked for gas lines and cable lines such as ATT - COMCAST etc... Even if you were starting a large garden project you might want to have the gas lines, water lines and cables marked before the big dig.

The ACC Committee is a group of volunteer homeowners like yourself who care about our community and want to help. When contacting the ACC Committee remember to be polite and try to get together all your required documents so you can move quickly through the process.

For each ACC APPLICATION there is a $35 application fee to the homeowner (Example: Bob builds a new pool. Why should other homeowners’ assessment money pay for Bob's pool application. This is a charge enforced by HOA’s everywhere.

Again remember that the ACC Committee is a group of volunteers who are also your neighbors so do not be rude, demanding or hateful when reaching out to these people who have volunteered to help our community.

If you are not getting a response of any kind within the first week feel free to reach out to the board of directors so we can check on your status.

VERY INPORTANT : All incomplete applications will be denied. Add all contact information requested. Supply colors, material information, photos of sample roofs for example. Include contractors & homeowners’ contract, specs, plat map of home (found in your home papers when you bought the home). A denial will not cost you another $35, but it could put you behind all other applications that were properly submitted.

Please fill out the information below and send in any required documents so we can review your project and get things started for a quick approval :

Once your submission of your ACC Application is sent it will first be reviewed by Tally Jenkins our 3rd party expert in ACC Guidelines requirements. Tally was hired to run / oversee the ACC Review Committee and she is also in charge of violations and collections. Once Tally has reviewed your submission and given the ACC Committee a green light that everything is in order, then the ACC Committee may have questions or requests and conclude with their vote. The ACC Monitors are board members who simply are listed to make sure ACC Applications are not being ignored. Once approved Tally Jenkins will contact the homeowner with an approval.
